Floridian Coastline Group Inc. is a Florida corporation established in 2005 to provide insurance, mortgage, and real estate brokerage services to clients throughout Florida. We are the parent company of Floridian Coastline Insurance Inc., Floridian Coastline Mortgage Inc., and Floridian Coastline Realty Inc. Each of these subsidiary companies is fully licensed,  insured, and staffed with appropriately licensed personnel as required to do business in Florida.

Juan Carlos Cruz earned his Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license in 1980.In 2002 he also earned his Florida 220 General Lines Property and Casualty license, and in 2006 he earned his Florida Real Estate Broker license. Juan Carlos then earned his Mortgage Loan Originator license in 2010. 

 

Juan Carlos Cruz holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Florida Atlantic University with dual majors in Marketing and Management.

 

He has over 30 years of experience in buying, selling, financing, developing, and insuring residential and commercial real estate in Florida.

Michael Cruz earned his Florida Real Estate Sales Associates license in 2007 and his Florida 220 General Lines Property and Casualty license in 2008. 

 

Michael Cruz holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Florida Atlantic University with a major in Finance.

 

Michael has over 8 years of experience in the Florida real estate and insurance industry.

Maria A. Zubero-Cruz earned her Florida 220 General Lines Property and Casualty license in 1997. She worked for an Allstate agent and opened a new Allstate agency in 1999, which she then sold in 2008. She then earned her Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license in 2012.

 

Maria focuses on helping our clients with thier insurance and real estate needs and manages the insurance office and building operations.

She has over 20 years experience in the Florida insurance and mortgage industries.

Monica Cavaioli-Cruz earned her Florida 440 Customer Representative license in 2011. Since then she has been helping our insurance clients with any customer service needs they have.
